Technology of treating return air corner gas using combined sealing air bag
摘要
Abstract
In light of the fast full-section sealing can not be met using stacker bag,air duct hanging cloth and air-filling bag at the return air corner,plus the small bearing pressure and difficult reuse for flexible,light-weighted air bag,a new type of sealing air bag for the corner is designed,which can be multiple used with wide application and good bearing performance.Test shows that at beginning,the larger deformation rate occurs for the air bag.When its pressure closing to the rated work-ing pressure of 0.05 MPa,the deformation rate starts to decline,and is gradually stable.Under the external force impact of gangue,the deformation of air bag increases with the increase of gangue quality,the resilient height of gangue decreases with the increase of air bag's deformation,and the effect of air bag's gangue dynamic energy-attracting is increased with the de-crease of gangue's resilient height.On-site test shows that after the installation of the air bag for the corner sealing,the gas concentration in goaf is at about 1.495%,obviously being increased by 15.62%.The gas concentration at the return air cor-ner decreases from 0.807%to 0.671%,decreased by 16.85%,and the concentration at the return air roadway of working face is decreased from 0.624%to 0.568%,decreased by 8.97%.At the same time,the gas concentrations at the return air corner and return air roadway are stable,and the local air leakage is considerably decreased,thus solving the issue of over limit of gas at the return air corner.关键词
