Abstract
It is one of the urgent issues to control the dust of screening crushing workshop in coal preparation plant.During the treating process of raw coal,a large quantity of dust would produce due to the multiple influence of equipment vibration,crushing,drop difference,etc,which not only affect miners'health but also damage ecological environment.According to the experience in the dust controlling of the raw coal screening crushing workshop in the coal preparation plant of Huangling Mining No.1 Mine,we elaborate on the importance of dust controlling project,the cause of dust occurrence,and the practical method and strategy for dust control,including the improvement and optimization of equipment,and the installation of tailor-ed advanced dust removal system.The results show that the tailored sealing protective mask,newly installed negative dust removal system and high-pressure atomization system are feasible scheme for the dust control,proving certain reference for similar coal enterprises.关键词
