摘要

Abstract

In order to improve the quality and efficiency of inspection work for mine underground pump house,the existing underground pump house system is upgraded using intelligent robot and automatic monitor technology.All intelligent sensors and movable equipment are integrated via mobile wireless communication robot.The designed mobile robot system is in-stalled with sensors of hazard gases,thermal imaging and visible light to realize the multi-module dynamic monitor of key da-ta,such as the temperatures,operational audio-visual and concentration of hazard gases in the pump house.The test proves that the robot inspection system is reliable with high accuracy of data collection and good economic efficiency,which is of certain reference for other enterprises and is worth promoting.
