水资源和能源二者有着紧密的关联关系.社会的不断发展对其需求大大增加,使得山东在经济发展过程中出现一定的资源供需问题,为更好地促进两种资源和谐发展,建立综合评价指标体系,利用耦合协调度模型对2011年~2020年山东水-能源耦合关系进行分析.结果表明:水-能源系统综合评价指数呈增加趋势,水资源系统较能源系统波动更大;耦合度多处于磨合阶段,耦合协调度呈现过渡趋势,处于轻度失调-勉强协调-初级协调的动态变化之中.

Water and energy are closely related.The continuous development of society greatly increases the demand for these resources,which leads to certain resource supply and demand problems in the process of economic development in Shandong.In order to better promote the harmonious development of the two resources,a comprehensive evaluation index system is established,and the coupling coordination degree model is used to analyze the coupling relationship between water and energy in Shandong from 2011 to 2020.The results show that the comprehensive evaluation index of water-energy system shows an increasing trend,and the fluctuation of water resources system is greater than that of energy system.The coupling degree is mostly in the running-in stage,and the coupling coordination degree shows a transitional trend,which is in the dynamic change of mild dissonance,barely coordination and primary coordination.
