基于VIKOR模型和耦合协调度模型,对2015年~2021年青岛市水资源承载力水平进行评价,分析水资源子系统与经济社会子系统的关联度发展状况.构建包括12项指标的评价,对指标数据进行标准化处理;应用层次分析法获取主观权重,变异系数法获取客观权重,进行组合赋予权;利用VIKOR模型计算评价值,并用耦合协调度模型判断两个子系统的协调程度.青岛市水资源负载力整体上升,但存在波动;2015年~2021年水资源与经济社会系统协调程度逐步提高,2017年、2019年水资源协调能力相对较低.青岛市水资源管理成果明显,但仍然需要加强水资源监测与管理,推进两个子系统配置的良好发展,提升水资源与利用效率,确保水资源的可持续利用.

Based on the VIKOR model and the coupling coordination degree model,the water resources carrying capacity level of Qingdao from 2015 to 2021 was evaluated,and the correlation development between the water resources subsystem and the economic and social subsystem was analyzed.The evaluation of 12 indicators was constructed,and the index data was standardized.The analytic hierarchy process is used to obtain the subjective weight,the coefficient of variation method is used to obtain the objective weight,and the combination weight is given.The VIKOR model is used to calculate the evaluation value,and the coupling coordination degree model is used to judge the coordination degree of the two subsystems.The load force of water resources in Qingdao City has increased as a whole,but there are fluctuations.From 2015 to 2021,the coordination degree of water resources and economic and social systems gradually increased,and the coordination ability of water resources in 2017 and 2019 was relatively low.The results of water resources management in Qingdao are obvious,but it is still necessary to strengthen the monitoring and management of water resources,promote the good development of the allocation of the two subsystems,improve the efficiency of water resources and utilization,and ensure the sustainable use of water resources.
