岩爆是深埋隧洞地质学科的世界难题,对岩体的超前钻孔,能够使围岩结构内部应力起到一定的释放作用,降低洞室开挖扰动施工过程中岩爆产生的等级和频次.通过钻孔范围空间核算和钻臂优化改装对引汉济渭岭南TBM掘进过程中强岩爆段进行水锤钻机超前应力释放试验,经现场试作前后微震监测系统能量值对比,结果表明:通过水锤钻机超前应力释放,能够在一定程度上降低岩爆的等级、强度和破坏范围,减小了支护工程量,降低了滞后性岩爆发生的概率,能为埋深不断加大的TBM岩爆掘进段后续工程施工和类似工程提供参考.

Rock burst is a world problem in the geological discipline of deep buried tunnel.The advance drilling of rock mass can release the internal stress of surrounding rock structure and reduce the grade and frequency of rock burst in the process of excavation disturbance.Through the space calculation of the drilling range and the optimization and modification of the drilling arm,the advanced stress release test of the water hammer drilling rig was carried out on the strong rockburst section during the TBM process of YinhanJiwei lingnan.The energy values of the microseismic monitoring system before and after the field test were compared.The results show that the advanced stress release of the water hammer drilling rig can reduce the grade,strength and damage range of the rockburst to a certain extent,reduce the amount of support engineering,and reduce the probability of delayed rockburst.It can provide reference for the subsequent construction and similar projects of TBM rockburst excavation section with increasing buried depth.
