健脾祛风汤联合皮炎洗剂治疗特应性皮炎疗效研究
Curative effect study on Jianpi Qufeng decoction combined with dermatitis lotion on atopic dermatit

Abstract
Objective:Study on the effect of Jianpi Qufeng decoction combined with dermatitis lotion in the treat-ment of atopic dermatitis and its influence on immunoglobulin E(IgE)and interleukin-4(IL-4).Methods:The clini-cal dataes of 120 patients with atopic dermatitis were collected and retrospective comparative study was conducted.The observation group had 60 cases,who treated with Jianpi Qufeng decoction combined with dermatitis lotion.60 cases in the control group received intervention with dermatitis lotion.The treatment effects of two groups were com-pared,the skin barrier function[sebum content,stratum corneum moisture content,and transdermal water loss(TEWL)],serum factors(IL-4、IgE)levels and quality of life scores of two groups of patients before and after treat-ment were recorded.Results:The overall therapeutic effect of the observation group patients were significantly im-proved,which compared to the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the sebum content and stratum corneum water content of the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the TEWL was lower than that in the control group,differences statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the serum IL-4 and IgE lev-els in the two groups of patients were significantly reduced,which compared to before treatment,and the observation group were lower than the control group,differences statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the dermatology life quality index(DLQI)and scoring atopic dermatitis index(SCORAD)of the two groups were significantly reduced,which compared to before treatment,and the observation group were lower than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Combina-tion of Jianpi Qufeng decoction and dermatitis lotion has significant effect on atopic dermatitis.It help to protect skin barrier function,alleviate clinical symptoms and improve quality of life.关键词
