疏肝健脾法对非小细胞肺癌患者化疗期间肿瘤标志物的影响
Effect of Shugan Jianpi method on tumor marker levels during chemotherapy in non-small cell lung cancer patients

Abstract
Objective:To explore effect of Shugan Jianpi method on tumor marker levels during chemotherapy in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)patients.Methods:100 NSCLC patients were selected.They were randomly di-vided into observation group and control group,with 50 patients in each group,using random number table method.The control group were treated with conventional chemotherapy,while the observation group treated with combina-tion of Shugan Jianpi methods on the basis of the control group.Compare clinical efficacy of two groups,evaluate tra-ditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,evaluate serum tumor markers[carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),cancer antigen 125(CA125)]and immune function indicators[antigen differentiation cluster 4 receptor(CD4+),antigen differentiation cluster 8 receptor(CD8+),CD4+/CD8+]of the two groups.Compare incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Results:The disease control rate of 96.00％in the observation group was higher than that of 84.00％in the control group,difference statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the observation group had significantly lower scores of food deficiency,physical fatigue and fatigue,mental fatigue and lazy speech,continu-ous abdominal pain,pale tongue,and weak pulse compared to the control group,with statistical significance(all P＜0.05).The serum CEA and CA125 indicators of the observation group were significantly lower than those in the con-trol group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).After treatment,the CD4+and CD4+/CD8+indicators in the ob-servation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,while CD8+indicators ower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(all P＜0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observa-tion group and the control group was 16.00％and 28.00％,respectively with no statistically significant difference(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Method of Shugan Jianpi can effectively improve clinical symptoms and signs of NSCLC pa-tients during chemotherapy,as well as serum tumor markers and immune function,with ideal safety.关键词
