康复新液联合马应龙痔疮栓对肛瘘患者术后创面及生长因子的影响
Effect of Kangfuxin solution combined with Mayinglong hemorrhoids suppository on postoperative wound and growth factor in patients with anal fistula

Abstract
Objective:To explore effect of Kangfuxin solution combined with Mayinglong hemorrhoids supposi-tory on postoperative wound exudate score,pain score and serum VEGF and bFGF levels in patients with anal fistu-la.Methods:103 patients with anal fistula were selected as research subjects and divided into control group(51 cases)and observation group(52 cases)according to the random number table method.Both groups were given conventional treatment.The control group treated with Kangfuxin solution,and the observation group given Kangfuxin solution combined with Mayinglong hemorrhoids suppository.The clinical efficacy after 21 days of treatment,recovery status after treatment,anorectal dynamics examination before treatment and after 21 days of treatment,wound exudate score and pain score at 3,7,14 and 21 days after surgery levels of serum VEGF,bFGF before treatment and after 21 days of treatment were compared between both groups.Results:After 21 days of treatment,the clinical efficacy in the observation group 96.15％was significantly higher than that in the control group 84.31％(P＜0.05).The total heal-ing time in the observation group after treatment was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P＜0.05),while the Wexner score were significantly lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).All of the anorectal dy-namics indicators in both groups were significantly reduced compared with those before treatment,and the above in-dicator lower in the observation group(P＜0.05).Serum VEGF and bFGF levels were significantly risen in both groups compared with those before treatment,and the levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).At 21 days of treatment,the exudate score and VAS score in the two groups were signifi-cantly declined compared with those at 3 days of treatment.The two scores were lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P＜0.05),and the exudate score and VAS score in the observation group at 3 and 7 days after surgery were significantly lower than those in control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Kangfuxin solution com-bined with Mayinglong hemorrhoids suppository can effectively reduce wound exudate,relieve pain,up-regulate levels of serum VEGF and bFGF,and help to promote rapid wound healing in patients with anal fistula.关键词
