针刺阴经穴联合雷火灸对脑卒中偏瘫肢体肌张力的影响
Effect of Yin meridian acupuncture combined with thunder fire moxibustion on limb muscle tension in hemiplegia after stroke
摘要
Abstract
Objective:Analyze effect of Yin meridian acupuncture combined with lightning fire moxibustion on limb muscle tone in stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods:Select 80 stroke hemiplegic patients were divided into control group and study group using random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups received routine treatment,while the control group received treatment with acupoint lightning fire moxibustion on Yin meridi-an on the basis of routine treatment.The research group performed acupuncture on Yin meridian points on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.Analyze trunk function,traditional Chinese medicine syn-drome score,motor function,quality of life,neurological function,limb muscle tone,and treatment effects of two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,compared with the control group,the study group had higher scores in static sitting balance,dynamic sitting balanceand coordination(P＜0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the study group had lower scores for sensory abnormalities,tongue and mouth deviation,speech impairment,and hemiplegia(P＜0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the study group had higher scores of upper limb and lower limb motor function(P＜0.05).After treatment,compared with the con-trol group,the study group had higher psychological function,physical function,social function,material life ability,self-care behavior,emotional status,overall health,and quality score(P＜0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the NIHSS score of patients in the study group were lower(P＜0.05).After treatment,compared to the control group,the study group had higher number of patients with decreased muscle tone,with statistical differ-ence(P＜0.05).The control group had lower effective rate of treatment than the study group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Yin meridian acupuncture and lightning fire moxibustion treatment for stroke hemiplegic patients can improve their traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,improve their quality of life,and reduce limb muscle tone,which has good clinical application value.关键词
