推拿联合肌筋膜触发点针刺原发性痛经疗效研究
Curative effect study on massage combined with myofascial trigger point acupuncture on primary dysmenorrhea
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe clinical efficacy of massage combined with myofascial trigger point acupunc-ture in treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.Methods:80 patients with primary dysmenorrhea were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine pain relief treatment,while the ob-servation group received massage combined with myofascial trigger point acupuncture for treatment.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the the control group,the symptom score of dys-menorrhea in the observation group was significantly lower after treatment(P＜0.05).After treatment and at 3 months of follow-up,the VAS score,PPI score,and CMSS score of both groups decreased significantly compared to before treatment(P＜0.05).The VAS score,PPI score,and CMSS score in the control group increased significantly at 3 months of follow-up(P＜0.05).Compared with the control group,the VAS score,PPI score,and CMSS score in the observation group were significantly lower after treatment and at 3 months of follow-up(P＜0.05).Compared with the control group,the E2 level of patients in the observation group was significantly lower,while the PGE2 level higher after treatment(P＜0.05).Compared with the control group,the levels of Vs,Vd,and Vm in the observation group were significantly higher after treatment(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Massage combined with myofascial trigger point acupuncture can effectively regulate the levels of prostaglandins and progesterone in patients with primary dys-menorrhea,improve uterine microcirculation symptoms,alleviate pain discomfortand clinical efficacy.The effect is more long-lasting and the long-term effect is better.关键词
