脊痛消胶囊联合针刺环跳穴对腰椎间盘突出症患者腰腿痛和功能障碍的影响
Effect of Jitongxiao capsule combined with acupuncture at Huantiao on low-back and leg pain and functional impairment in patients with lumbar disc herniation

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of Jitongxiao capsule combined with acupuncture at Huantiao on low-back and leg pain and functional impairment in patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods:116 LDH pa-tients were divided into routine group and combined group with 58 cases in each group by random number table.The conventional group was given conventional treatment,and the combination group was treated with Jitongxiao capsule com-bined with acupuncture at Huantiao.Clinical efficacy,degree of low-back and leg pain,functional impairment,and inflamma-tory factor were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,compared with the control group,the total clini-cal effective rate and JOA score in the combined group were higher,and the levels of lumbar and leg pain grading index,visu-al simulated pain scale,present pain intensity score,ODI score,interleukin-1β(IL-1β),interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necro-sis factor-α(TNF-α)in the combined group were significantly lower,the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Jitongxiao capsule combined with acupuncture at Huantiao is effective in the treatment of patients with LDH,which can effectively alleviate low-back and leg pain,improve lumbar dysfunction,and relieve inflammatory response.关键词
