中医药调控神经递质治疗双心疾病研究进展
Research progress in the regulation of traditional Chinese medicine on neurotransmitter in psycho-cardiological disease
摘要
Abstract
Psycho-cardiological disease is characterized by the comorbidity of cardiovascular and psychological disorders.Neurotransmitter abnormality under chronic stress is one of the important pathogenesis.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)emphasizes"treatment combined form and spirit",which has been proven effective,safe and reliable in the treatment of psycho-cardiological disease.Clinical and basic research have shown that Chinese herbal com-pound,acupuncture and external treatment of TCM can regulate autonomic nervous function,reduce inflammation,inhibit platelet activity,improve stress state by affecting the levels of 5-hydroxytryptamine,catecholamines,neu-ropeptide Y and some amino acid neurotransmitters.Therefore,this paper systematically summarizes the research on the modulation of neurotransmitters by TCM in the treatment of psycho-cardiological disease to provide a theoretical basis for subsequent in-depth research in the future.关键词
