摘要
Abstract
Under the guidance of service design theory,this paper extracts Nanjing Brocade culture,which is based on the psychological activities and behaviors of users before and after visiting the museum.Through in-depth analysis of potential users,the user journey map,service blueprint and user demand analysis table are drawn.Construct a reasonable information architecture and design Nanjing Brocade Cultural Creative App.The App combines traditional culture with modern methods to provide new ideas for the modern inheritance and innovation of intangible culture.关键词
