后碳视域下家庭低碳饮食设计策略研究
STUDY ON FAMILY LOW CARBON DIET DESIGN STRATEGY FROM POST-CARBON PERSPECTIVE
摘要
Abstract
Based on the post-carbon background,this paper deeply analyzes the causes of carbon emissions in family diet,and proposes design strategies to reduce carbon emissions in family diet from three aspects of the food system,aiming at reducing carbon emissions in Chinese family diet and providing references for the future development direction of low-carbon diet.Based on the life cycle theory,this paper divides the food system into three levels of"production,circulation and consumption",namely:through the analysis of typical low-carbon diet design cases at the three levels,puts forward corresponding low-carbon diet design strategies,and summarizes the future development direction of low-carbon diet design.Based on the design research of the family low carbon diet from the perspective of post-carbon,it can guide consumers to reduce carbon emissions in the family diet,and help our country to reach the target of carbon peak by 2030 and carbon neutral by 2060,contributing to the cause of low carbon diet in China.关键词
