ON THE COUNTERMEASURES OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RISK IN PACKAGING DESIGN
摘要
Abstract
To reduce the occurrence of"unintentional"illegal behaviors in packaging design work.Based on China's IP legal system,this paper seeks to identify and put forward potential legal risks in packaging decoration,trademarks,images and fonts by summarizing the experience of packaging design and weak IP management links.And address these difficult issues from the perspective of designers and their managers,with corresponding recommendations,with the aim of providing a reference for packaging design practitioners.关键词
