Abstract
In view of the problems in the development of the Yi embroidery industry in Yunnan,such as insufficient product innovation,narrow sales channels,and low degree of industrialization,from the perspective of value co creation,to integrate the service content of the Yi embroidery industry,optimize the service process of the Yi embroidery industry,and explore the service design method for the protection and living inheritance of intangible cultural heritage.Taking literature research and current situation analysis as the starting point,the research system of co creation of intangible cultural heritage industry value was constructed.Combining the ideas and methods of service design,through physical,digital and artificial contact analysis,the"online+offline"service model was proposed,the service blueprint was drawn,and the service strategy of Yi embroidery industry was proposed.Research and data analysis,we extracted cultural elements of Yi embroidery,designed a service system diagram for the Yi embroidery industry,and used online Yi embroidery apps as empirical research.In the protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage,the value co creation theory is used to fully mobilize local resources of intangible cultural heritage,construct a service system for the Yi embroidery industry,and achieve product innovation and sustainable inheritance of Yi embroidery.Apply the value co creation theory to the process of service design,and provide ideas for service design of intangible cultural heritage protection.关键词
