服务设计视角下的高原氧舱设计研究
RESEARCH ON PLATEAU OXYGEN CHAMBER DESIGN FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF SERVICE DESIGN
摘要
Abstract
Using a service design perspective as a starting point,this paper explores how to improve the design of oxygen cabins in high-altitude scenic areas and enhance user experience.Firstly,the feasibility of integrating service design principles into product innovation is clarified through a literature review.Then,innovative design opportunities for oxygen cabins are identified using service design tools,such as user journey maps.Finally,design strategies are proposed and implemented.Applying service design principles to the innovative design of high-altitude oxygen cabins effectively promotes tourism development in high-altitude regions and stimulates economic growth.关键词
