新时代高校师德师风评价指标的编制与启示
Compilation and Inspiration of the Evaluation Indicators for Teacher Ethics in Universities in the New Era

Abstract
In the era of information technology,education has put forward new requirements for the professional ethics of university teachers.For the promotion of teacher ethics,how to evaluate is one of the difficulties.Through literature analysis and expert interviews,moral character evaluation indicators for university teachers were developed and designed from six aspects:patriotism and support for the Party,civic morality,exemplary behavior,dedication to work,teaching and education,and rigorous academic pursuits.After conducting content validity testing,a survey was conducted,and through project analysis and factor analysis,formal evaluation indicators consisting of 6 dimensions and 28 questions were constructed.Analysis shows that patriotic support for the Party and teacher education are considered the most two important elements in the evaluation of teacher ethics in universities,while the recognition of the importance of civic morality is relatively low.The trend of identification between university teachers and students towards evaluation elements is relatively consistent,but there are differences in the identification between university teachers and primary and secondary school teachers towards teacher moral evaluation elements.关键词
