新杨黑羽蛋鸡消化器官生长发育规律研究
Growth and development patterns of Xinyang black-feathered laying hens'digestive organs

Abstract
In order to improve the production performance of Xinyang black-feathered laying hens,the growth and development patterns of Xinyang black-feathered laying hens'digestive organs during the brooding period(1-6 weeks old),breeding period(7-18 weeks old)and laying period(19-80 weeks old)were studied.Five hundred one-day-old hens were selected as a test group.Sixty hens were randomly selected for weighting every week,and hens were dissected to measure their body weight,immune organ weight,digestive organ weight,and digestive tract length respectively.Ten hens aged 1-33 weeks were randomly dissected every week,and 50,14,20 and 36 hens were dissected at 45,47,55 and 80 weeks of age.The results showed that the rapid growth period of muscular stomach and proventriculus of Xinyang black-feathered laying hens was before 9 weeks of age and complete development was around 13 weeks of age.The rapid growth period of the intestine was before 8 weeks of age,and it rapidly grew again at 21-24 weeks of age,with a stable trend at 24 weeks of age.The optimal growth curve model of intestine was Bertalanffy,with a growth inflection point around 4 weeks of age.The optimal growth curve model for muscular stomach was Gompertz.The body weight was significantly correlated with the liver weight、proventriculus weight and intestinal length(P<0.01);The proventriculus weight had a very significant correlation with the liver weight(P<0.01),and significant correlation with the jejunum length and the duodenum length(P<0.05);The muscular stomach was not significantly correlated with other organs(P>0.05).关键词
