Effect of reduction temperature on the formation structure and quality of titanium sponge

Abstract
In the process of titanium sponge production,temperature is one of the most important factors,especially for titanium produced by 16-ton reduction distillation furnace.Controlling the temperature within a reasonable range can not only reduce the proportion of dense titanium sponge,improve the quality of titanium sponge,but also change the formation structure and improve the appearance of titanium sponge.Through comparative analysis of the formation structure,surface appearance and percentage of Cl of titanium sponge at different reduction temperatures in a 16-ton reduction distillation furnace,the influence of temperature on the formation structure and quality of titanium sponge was discussed,and the improvement measures were put forward.关键词
