摘要
Abstract
The use of a shredder to shred the precipitated lead and residual electrodes during the lead electrolysis process plays an important role in improving the production environment and reducing labor intensity for personnel,while also ensuring continuous production.Due to the lack of reference experience in the industry,many problems have arisen in the design and use of equipment.This article elaborates on the main problems encountered by shredders in the production and operation of lead electrolysis,namely heat generation and lead jamming.The causes of these two problems are analyzed,and corresponding designs and solutions are provided to provide reference for the improvement of corresponding equipment and production practice,so as to better apply shredders in the production environment of lead electrolysis.关键词
