使用撕碎机对铅电解过程中的析出铅和残极进行撕碎,对改善铅电解生产环境和降低人员劳动强度均起到重要作用,而且能保障生产连续进行.因为行业内无可借鉴的使用经验,在设备的设计和使用过程中出现诸多问题.本文详细阐述了撕碎机在铅电解的生产运行中所遇到的主要的问题,即发热问题以及挤铅卡死问题,并分析两种问题的产生原因,继而给出了相应的设计和解决方案,以为相应设备的改进及生产实践提供参考,使撕碎机更好的应用于铅电解的生产环境.
The use of a shredder to shred the precipitated lead and residual electrodes during the lead electrolysis process plays an important role in improving the production environment and reducing labor intensity for personnel,while also ensuring continuous production.Due to the lack of reference experience in the industry,many problems have arisen in the design and use of equipment.This article elaborates on the main problems encountered by shredders in the production and operation of lead electrolysis,namely heat generation and lead jamming.The causes of these two problems are analyzed,and corresponding designs and solutions are provided to provide reference for the improvement of corresponding equipment and production practice,so as to better apply shredders in the production environment of lead electrolysis.
