Abstract
The protection of mining geological environment and land reclamation plan are necessary conditions for applying for mining permits,and are important guarantees for the protection of mining geological environment and ecological environment.The laws and regulations formulated and measures taken in mining governance in China have to some extent curbed environmental issues in the mining development process,but there are still some problems in the planning and implementation supervision process.On the basis of analyzing the development process of plan preparation and implementation supervision work,this article analyzes the problems in plan preparation and implementation supervision work,and proposes corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to address the existing problems,thus providing reference suggestions for efficient and high-quality promotion of mine ecological restoration work in the new situation.关键词
