Professor WEN Jianmin's Academic Thoughts on Minimally Invasive Treatment of Hallux Valgus by Combining Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine

Abstract
This paper described professor WEN Jianmin's academic thoughts on the minimally invasive treatment of hallux valgus by combining traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and Western medicine.The core idea of Professor Wen's method comes from the theory of Yin and Yang in TCM,the theory of muscle and bone,and the theory that man is an integral part of nature.On this basis,three major treatment methods were summarized as"equal emphasis on muscles and bones""combination of dynamic and static methods",and"internal and external treatment",covering four operation links,including minimally invasive osteotomy manipula-tion,external fixation with curtain wrapping,internal and external use of TCM,and rehabilitation and nursing by combining TCM and Western medicine.Professor Wen inherited the classical treatment methods,combined TCM and Western medicine,and shared the exclusive treatment experience and academic thoughts of"muscles"and"bone"injuries and diseases from the perspective of integrated TCM and Western medicine.关键词
