针对单一赋权法存在的不足,提出一种基于博弈论组合赋权的抽水蓄能电站选址评价方法,从地理、地形、地质、水源、社会、工程、经济等7个方面,构建抽水蓄能电站选址评价指标体系,采用改进的层次分析法计算评价指标主观权重,熵权法计算客观权重,并引入博弈论的方法进行组合赋权,结合模糊综合评价法建立了综合评价模型,应用于湖北省某抽水蓄能电站工程预选站址的综合量化评价中.工程应用表明,基于博弈论的组合赋权法得出的指标权重既结合了主观赋权法的经验判断,又优化了客观赋权法的数据分析,提高了评价指标权重的准确性,对抽水蓄能电站站址的选择工作具有一定的指导意义.

Aiming at the shortcomings of single weighting method,an evaluation method for pumped-storage power station site selection based on the combination weighting of game theory is proposed.It constructs an evaluation index system for pumped-storage power station site selection from seven aspects of geography,terrain,geology,water source,society,engineering and economy.The improved Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)is used to calculate the subjective weights of the evaluation indicators,while the Entropy Weight Method(EWM)is adopted to calculate the objective weights,and then the game theory is introduced for the combination weighting.A comprehensive evaluation model is finally established in combination with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The proposed method is applied to the comprehensive quantitative evaluation of the preselected site of a pumped-storage power station project in Hubei Province,and the evaluation results show that the index weights derived from the combination weighting method based on game theory not only incorporate the empirical judgments of subjective weighting methods,but also optimize the data analysis of objective weighting methods,thereby improve the accuracy of evaluation index weights,which has a certain guiding role in the site selection of pumped-storage power station.
