基于碾压应力的土石坝料压实质量控制方法
Quality Control Method for Compaction of Earth-Rock Dam Materials Based on Soil Stress

Abstract
The compaction quality of dam materials is the key content of construction quality control for earth-rock dam.A model of the relationship between soil stress and dry density of dam material is established by the field compaction soil stress test in Changheba Dam,and the soil stress control value of corresponding dam material is obtained.The Midas three-dimensional finite element model is established to simulate the dynamic change of soil stress during the compaction process and control the compaction quality of dam materials in real time according to the soil stress control value.The results show that,(a)the average determination coefficient of the regression model between the measured soil stress and dry density is 0.90,indicating a strong correlation;and(b)according to the control standard of dry density,the soil stress control values of upper,middle and lower layers of filter material-1 are 1.465 MPa,1.064 MPa and 0.773 MPa,respectively,and the corresponding soil layer stress control values for filter material-3 are 0.926 MPa,0.774 MPa and 0.664 MPa,respectively.The Midas model is used to monitor the change of soil stress,and the results show that the filter material-1 and filter material-3 have reached the compaction quality standard after 6 and 8 times of vibratory compaction,respectively.关键词
