摘要
Abstract
In order to strengthen the compensation work for the ecological and environmental damage due to artificial soil erosion,further innovate the artificial soil erosion damage relief system,this paper analyzed the relief status of ecological environment damage from artificial soil erosion,put forward the"double investigation of one case"mechanism of administrative law enforcement and compensation for ecological and environmental damage.This paper analyzed the advantages of strengthening and cooperation between ecological and environmental damage compensation and administrative law enforcement,and pointed out that the"double investigation of one case"should follow the consistency of power and responsibility,disposal according to law,coordination and joint governance.By clarifying the subject of administrative law enforcement and damage compensation,clarifying the application of administrative law enforcement and damage compensation,and strengthening the coordination between administrative law enforcement and damage compensation,the mechanism system of double investigation of one case will be optimized and improved.关键词
