发酵五味健脾颗粒药渣对育肥羊生长性能、抗氧化能力和肠道菌群的影响
Effect of fermented medicinal dregs of Wuwei Jianpi granules on growth performance,antioxidant capacity,and intestinal flora of finishing sheep

Abstract
The study aims to investigate the effects of fermented medicinal dregs from Wuwei Jianpi granules on the growth performance,antioxidant capacity,and intestinal flora of finishing sheep.A total of 18 healthy finishing sheep with a body weight of(25.0±2.0)kg were randomly divided into three groups with three replicates in each group and two sheep in each replicate.The control group(Group C)was fed a basal diet,the unfermented medicinal dregs group(Group UF)was supplemented with 5%unfermented medicinal dregs in the basal diet,and the fermented medicinal dregs group(Group F)was supplemented with 5%fermented medicinal dregs in the basal diet.The experimental period lasted for 30 days.The results showed that compared with Group C,the average daily weight gain of Group F increased significantly by 31.3%(P<0.05),and the feed conversion ratio decreased significantly by 26.0%(P<0.05).The total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)and the activity of catalase(CAT),total superoxide dismutase(SOD)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)were significantly increased in serum(P<0.05).Fermented medicinal dregs could increase the number of OTU in the intestinal flora of finishing sheep,enhance the species richness and diversity of the flora,and increase the abundance of beneficial bacteria such as Verrucomicrobiota,Rikenellaceae_RC9_gut_group,Treponema,Akkermansia.The study indicates that the addition of 5%fermented medicinal dregs to the diet can improve the growth performance,enhance antioxidant capacity,increase the abundance of beneficial bacteria,and improve intestinal health in finishing sheep.关键词
