酵母核苷酸对奶牛生产性能、乳品质、血清指标及经济效益的影响OA北大核心CSTPCD
Effects of yeast nucleotides on production performance,milk quality,serum indexes and economic benefits of dairy cows
试验旨在研究酵母核苷酸对奶牛生产性能、乳品质、血清指标及经济效益的影响.选择体重、胎次、产奶量相近的40头健康荷斯坦奶牛,随机分为4组,每组10个重复,每个重复1头奶牛.对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验1组、试验2组和试验3组分别在基础饲粮中添加0.2%、0.4%和0.8%酵母核苷酸.预试期10 d,正式试验期60 d.结果显示,与对照组相比,试验3组奶牛的平均日采食量显著升高(P<0.05).试验2组和试验3组奶牛的平均日产奶量显著升高(P<0.05),试验2组奶牛的料奶比显著降低(P<0.05).与对照组相比,试验2组奶牛的鲜奶中乳脂率显著升高(P<0.05);各试验组奶牛的乳总体细胞数显著降低(P<0.05).试验组奶牛乳房炎发病率为0,与对照组相比显著降低(P<0.05).试验2组和试验3组奶牛的血清免疫球蛋白G(IgG)含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05).试验2组奶牛的利润比对照组增加12.07%,经济效益明显提高.研究表明,饲喂酵母核苷酸可以提高奶牛的生产性能和乳品质,改善血清指标,提高经济效益,建议酵母核苷酸添加量为0.4%.
The experiment aimed to investigate the effects of yeast nucleotides on the production performance,milk quality,serum indexes,and economic benefits of dairy cows.Forty healthy Holstein cows with similar body weight,parity,and milk yield were selected and randomly divided into four groups with ten replicates in each group and one cow in each replicate.The control group was fed a basal diet,while the experimental group 1,group 2,and group 3 were supplemented with 0.2%,0.4%,and 0.8%yeast nucleotides in the basal diet,respectively.The pretrial period was 10 days,and the formal experimental period was 60 days.The results showed that compared to the control group,the average daily feed intake of cows in experimental group 3 significantly increased(P<0.05).The average daily milk yield of cows in experimental group 2 and group 3 significantly increased(P<0.05),and the feed-to-milk ratio of cows in experimental group 2 significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared to the control group,the milk fat percentage of fresh milk from cows in experimental group 2 significantly increased(P<0.05),the total somatic cell count in the milk of all experimental groups significantly decreased(P<0.05).The incidence of mastitis in dairy cows in the experimental group was 0,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The serum immunoglobulin G(IgG)content of cows in experimental group 2 and group 3 was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The gross profit of experiment group 2 was 12.07%higher than that of control group,and the economic benefit was obviously improved.The study indicates that feeding yeast nucleotides can improve the production performance and milk quality of dairy cows,improve serum indexes,and enhance economic benefits,with a recommended addition of 0.4%of yeast nucleotides of feed.
