富硒堇叶碎米荠对山羊生长性能、抗氧化能力及脂质代谢的影响OA北大核心CSTPCD
Effects of Se-enriched Cardamine violifolia on growth performance,antioxidant capacity,and lipid metabolism of goats
试验旨在探究富硒堇叶碎米荠对山羊生长性能、抗氧化能力及脂质代谢的影响.选取健康、遗传背景相同、体重相近的断奶公山羊72只,随机分为6组,每组3个重复,每个重复4只羊.Ⅰ组为对照组,饲喂基础饲粮;Ⅱ~Ⅵ组为试验组,分别饲喂含有0.25%(硒浓度为600 mg/kg)、0.50%(硒浓度为300 mg/kg)、1.00%(硒浓度为150 mg/kg)、0.50%(硒浓度为150 mg/kg)、0.50%(硒浓度为600 mg/kg)堇叶碎米荠的试验饲粮.预试期15d,正式试验期为45 d.结果表明:与对照组相比,饲粮中添加富硒堇叶碎米荠显著提高了山羊平均日增重(P<0.05),显著降低料重比(P<0.05);饲粮中添加富硒堇叶碎米荠显著增强了血清总抗氧化能力(P<0.05),显著提高了抗氧化酶活性(P<0.05),显著降低了丙二醛(MDA)含量(P<0.05);饲粮中添加富硒堇叶碎米荠显著降低了血清总胆固醇(TC)含量(P<0.05),Ⅲ~Ⅵ组甘油三酯(TG)含量显著降低(P<0.05);饲粮中添加富硒堇叶碎米荠显著提高了血清免疫球蛋白A(IgA)含量(P<0.05),提高免疫球蛋白G(IgG)和白细胞介素-2(IL-2)含量.研究表明,饲粮中添加1.00%的富硒堇叶碎米荠(硒浓度为150.0 mg/kg)能够提高山羊生长性能、抗氧化能力及免疫功能,降低山羊胆固醇和甘油三酯的含量,是一种优质的饲料添加剂.
The experiment aimed to explore the effects of Se-enriched Cardamine violifolia on the growth performance,antioxidant capacity,and lipid metabolism of goats.A total of 72 healthy weaning male goats with the same genetic background and similar body weight were randomly divided into six groups with three replicates per group and four goats per replicate.Group Ⅰ served as the control group,fed with a basal diet.Groups Ⅱ~Ⅵ were the experimental groups,fed with experimental diets containing 0.25%(selenium concentration of 600 mg/kg),0.50%(selenium concentration of 300 mg/kg),1.00%(selenium concentration of 150 mg/kg),0.50%(selenium concentration of 150 mg/kg),and 0.50%(selenium concentration of 600 mg/kg)of Cardamine violifolia,respectively.The pre-test lasted for 15 days,the formal experimental period was 45 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,the addition of Se-enriched Cardamine violifolia in the diet significantly increased the average daily weight gain of goats(P<0.05),and significantly reduced the feed to gain ratio(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the addition of Se-enriched Cardamine violifolia in the diet significantly enhanced total antioxidant capacity(P<0.05),significantly increased antioxidant enzyme activity(P<0.05),and significantly reduced the content of MDA(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the addition of Se-enriched Cardamine violifolia in the diet significantly reduced the content of serum TC(P<0.05),and the content of TG in Groups Ⅲ~Ⅵ was significantly reduced(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the addition of Se-enriched Cardamine violifolia in the diet significantly increased the content of serum IgA(P<0.05),and increased the content of IgG and IL-2.The study indicates that the addition of 1.00%Se-enriched Cardamine violifolia(selenium concentration of 150.0 mg/kg)in feed can improve the growth performance,antioxidant capacity,and immune performance of goats,reduce the content of cholesterol and triglycerides in goats,and is a high-quality feed additive.
