胆汁酸对天长三黄鸡育成期生长性能、血清生化指标及抗氧化能力的影响OA北大核心CSTPCD
Effects of bile acids on growth performance,serum biochemical indexes,and antioxidant capacity of Tianchang Sanhuang chickens during growing period
试验旨在探究胆汁酸对天长三黄鸡育成期生长性能、血清生化指标及抗氧化能力的影响.试验选用体况相近的7周龄天长三黄鸡300只,随机分成5组,每组6个重复,每个重复10只,分别在基础饲粮中添加0(对照组)、0.01%鹅去氧胆酸(CDCA)、0.02%CDCA、0.01%猪去氧胆酸(HDCA)、0.02%HDCA.试验期8周.结果表明:7~10周龄时,与对照组相比,0.02%HDCA极显著降低了血清高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)的含量(P<0.01),0.01%CDCA显著降低了血清中肌酐(CREA)含量(P<0.05),0.02%CDCA显著降低了血清中总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)的活性(P<0.05).11~14周龄时,与对照组相比,0.02%CDCA显著提高了平均日增重(P<0.05),显著降低了料重比(P<0.05),0.01%CDCA和0.01%HDCA极显著增加了胫围日增长(P<0.01),0.02%HDCA极显著升高了血清中谷丙转氨酶(ALT)活性(P<0.01),0.02%CDCA极显著降低了血清中谷草转氨酶(AST)活性(P<0.01),0.01%CDCA和0.01%HDCA显著降低了血清中总胆汁酸(TBA)的含量(P<0.05).研究表明,饲粮中添加胆汁酸可有效提高天长三黄鸡育成期的生长性能,改善部分血清生化指标,且不影响机体抗氧化酶活性,且添加0.02%CDCA效果较好.
The experiment aimed to investigate the effects of bile acids on the growth performance,serum biochemical indexes,and antioxidant capacity of Tianchang Sanhuang chickens during the growing period.A total of 300 seven-week-old Tianchang Sanhuang chickens with similar body condition were randomly divided into five groups,each group with six replicates,and each replicate consisted of 10 chickens.The basal diets were supplemented with 0(control group),0.01%chenodeoxycholic acid(CDCA),0.02%CDCA,0.01%hyodeoxycholic acid(HDCA),and 0.02%HDCA,respectively.The experiment lasted for eight weeks.The results showed that at the age of 7 to 10 weeks,compared with the control group,the 0.02%HDCA extremely reduced the content of HDL-C in the serum(P<0.01),the 0.01%CDCA significantly reduced the content of CREA in the serum(P<0.05),and the 0.02%CDCA significantly reduced the activity of T-SOD in the serum(P<0.05).At the age of 11 to 14 weeks,compared with the control group,the 0.02%CDCA significantly increased the average daily weight gain(P<0.05)and significantly reduced the feed to gain ratio(P<0.05),the 0.01%CDCA and 0.01%HDCA group extremely increased the daily growth of tibial circumference(P<0.01),the 0.02%HDCA extremely increased the activity of ALT in the serum(P<0.01),and the 0.02%CDCA extremely reduced the activity of AST in the serum(P<0.01),and the 0.01%CDCA and 0.01%HDCA significantly reduced the content of TBA in the serum(P<0.05).The study indicates that the addition of bile acids to the feed can effectively improve the growth performance of Tianchang Sanhuang chickens during the growing period,improve some serum biochemical indexes,and does not affect the body's antioxidant enzyme activity,with the addition of 0.02%CDCA showing the better effect.
