试验旨在研究中草药添加剂对育成鸡生长性能和免疫功能的影响.选用288只6周龄健康的京红1号育成鸡,随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复12只鸡.Ⅰ组(对照组)、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组分别在基础饲粮中添加0、0.5%、1.0%和1.5%的中草药添加剂.试验期8w.结果表明:与Ⅰ组相比,各试验组10、14周龄体重均显著提高(P<0.05);7~10、11~14周龄时,Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组平均日增重均有所提高.14周龄时,Ⅳ组血清生长激素水平显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05);Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组血清甲状腺素水平显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05).10周龄时,Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)以及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性均增强,血清丙二醛(MDA)含量均降低.14周龄时,Ⅱ组、Ⅳ组血清过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性显著提高,Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组血清MDA含量显著降低(P<0.05).与Ⅰ组相比,10周龄时,Ⅲ组血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)含量显著降低,白细胞介素-10(IL-10)含量显著升高(P<0.05).14周龄时,Ⅳ组血清IL-6和白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)含量显著降低(P<0.05);Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组血清IL-10含量显著升高(P<0.05).研究表明,饲粮中添加中草药能够提高育成鸡生长性能,增强免疫功能和抗氧化能力,添加量以0.5%较好.

The experiment aimed to investigate the effects of Chinese medicinal herbs additives on the growth performance and immune function of growing chickens.A total of 288 healthy Jinghong No.1 growing chickens at six weeks of age were randomly divided into four groups,with six replicates in each group and 12 chickens in each replicate.Group Ⅰ(Control group),Group Ⅱ,Group Ⅲ,and Group Ⅳ were supplemented with 0,0.5%,1.0%,and 1.5%Chinese medicinal herbs additives in the basic diet,respectively.The experimental period lasted for eight weeks.The results showed that compared to Group Ⅰ,the body weight of experimental groups at 10 and 14 weeks of age was significantly increased(P<0.05),the average daily weight gain in Group Ⅱ,Group Ⅲ,and Group Ⅳ was increased at 7 to 10 weeks and 11 to 14 weeks of age.At 14 weeks of age,the serum growth hormone level in Group Ⅳ was significantly higher than that of Group Ⅰ(P<0.05),the serum thyroxine levels in Group Ⅱ,Group Ⅲ,and Group Ⅳ were significantly higher than that of Group Ⅰ(P<0.05).At 10 weeks of age,the serum T-AOC,SOD,and GSH-Px activities were enhanced,and the serum MDA content was reduced in Group Ⅱ,Group Ⅲ,and Group Ⅳ.At 14 weeks of age,the serum CAT activity was significantly increased in Group Ⅱ and Group Ⅳ,and the serum MDA content was significantly reduced in Group Ⅱ and Group Ⅲ(P<0.05).Compared to Group Ⅰ,the serum IL-6 content was significantly reduced,and the IL-10 content was significantly increased in Group Ⅲ at 10 weeks of age(P<0.05).At 14 weeks of age,the serum IL-6 and IL-1β contents were significantly reduced in Group Ⅳ(P<0.05),the serum IL-10 content was significantly increased in Group Ⅱ,Group Ⅲ,and Group Ⅳ(P<0.05).The study indicates that the addition of Chinese medicinal herbs to the diet can improve the growth performance,enhance immune function,and antioxidant capacity of growing chickens,with the suitable addition rate being 0.5%.
