浒苔粉对圆斑星鲽生长、体成分、消化酶活性及血清生化指标的影响
Effects of Enteromorpha prolifera powder on growth,body composition,digestive enzymes activity,and serum biochemical indicators of Verasper variegatus

Abstract
The experiment was to study the effects of different proportions of Enteromorpha prolifera powder on growth,body composition,digestive enzyme activity,and serum biochemical indicators of Verasper variegatus.A total of 300 Verasper variegatus of the same batch and weight(87±1)g were randomly divided into five groups with three replicates in each group and 20 fish in each replicate.The addition amounts of Enteromorpha prolifera powder in each group were 0(Group A),4％(Group B),8％(Group C),12％(Group D),and 16％(Group E),respectively.The test period was 10 weeks.The results showed that the feed efficiency of Group B was significantly higher than that of Group C,Group D,and Group E(P＜0.05),and the weight gain rate was significantly higher than other groups(P＜0.05).The condition factor of Group B was significantly higher than that of Group C,Group D,and Group E(P＜0.05),and the liver-body ratio was significantly higher than that of Group E(P＜0.05).The crude protein content of Group B was significantly higher than that of Group D and Group E(P＜0.05).The intestinal protease activity of Group B was significantly higher than that of Group A,Group D,and Group E(P＜0.05),and the intestinal lipase activity was significantly higher than that of Group C,Group D,and Group E(P＜0.05).The total serum protein content of Group B was significantly higher than that of Group C,Group D,and Group E(P＜0.05),while the serum triglyceride content of Group B was significantly lower than that of Group D and Group E(P＜0.05).The study indicates that 4％Enteromorpha prolifera powder in the diet can improve the growth performance,body composition,digestive enzyme activity,and serum biochemical indicators.关键词
