饲粮中添加三七渣对西畴乌骨鸡生长性能、血清生化指标及肉品质的影响
Effects of Panax notogineng reidue on growth performance,serum biochemical indexes,and meat quality of Xichou Wugu chickens

Abstract
The experiment aimed to investigate the effects of adding Panax notogineng residue to the feed on the growth performance,serum biochemical indexes,and meat quality of Xichou Wugu chickens.A total of 270 Xichou Wugu chickens with similar body weight and 28 days old were divided into three groups,with five replicates per group,each replicate consisted of 18 Xichou Wugu chickens,half in male and female.The control group was fed a basic diet,while the experimental group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ were supplemented with 4%and 8%Panax notogineng residue in the basic diet,respectively.The pre-test lasted for seven days and the experiment lasted for 60 days.The results showed that compared to the control group,the feed to gain ratio was significantly reduced in group Ⅱ(P<0.05),and the total muscle amino acids were significantly increased(P<0.05).The average daily feed intake,serum triglycerides,muscle fat,and saturated fatty acid content in group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ were all significantly decreased(P<0.05).the muscle moisture,unsaturated fatty acids,and essential fatty acid content were significantly increased in group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ(P<0.05).The study indicates that the addition of Panax notogineng residue to the feed can improve the growth performance,improve serum biochemical indexes,and enhance the meat quality of Xichou Wugu chickens,the addition of 4%Panax notogineng residue is the more suitable.关键词
