混合比例和纤维素酶对甘蔗梢、玉米秆混合青贮品质的影响
Effects of mixing ratio and cellulase on quality of mixed silage of sugarcane tip and corn stalks

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to make full use of sugarcane tip and winter corn stalk resources in the hot region of Southern China.Sugarcane tip and winter corn stalk were used as raw materials for mixed silage according to different fresh weight ratios(10∶0,5∶5,3∶7),and 0,300,600,900 mg/kg cellulase were added,respectively.After 60 days,the fermentation quality,nutritional components,and feeding value were determined.The results showed that with the increase of corn stalk ratio,the pH value,ammonia nitrogen/total nitrogen,neutral detergent fiber,acid detergent fiber,and propionic acid contentrations in silage decreased gradually,and decreased to the lowest when the mixed ratio of sugarcane tip to corn stalk was 3∶7.The contentrations of dry matter,lactic acid,crude protein,soluble sugar,crude fat and soluble sugar,and feeding value showed an increasing trend,and the highest was found when the mixing ratio was 3∶7.With the increase of cellulase addition,the contentrations of ammonia nitrogen/total nitrogen,propionic acid,neutral detergent fiber,and acid detergent fiber in silage decreased first and then increased,while the contentrations of crude protein,soluble sugar,crude fat,lactic acid,and feeding value increased first and then decreased.All the indexes reached the best when the cellulase addition was 600 mg/kg.The results show that when sugarcane tip and corn stalk were mixed at a ratio of 3∶7 and cellulase 600 mg/kg is added,the silage quality of mixed silage is better.关键词
