目的 探讨分析吲哚菁绿晶状体前囊膜染色在白内障超声乳化抽吸术(Phaco)中的应用,评估其应用效及安全性.方法 回顾性分析 2022 年 12 月至 2023 年 12 月在江阴市人民医院眼科行Phaco的白色白内障患者 66 例(80眼).根据术中吲哚菁绿晶状体前囊膜染色与否分为对照组(40 眼)和染色组(40 眼).记录两组患者撕囊情况,并于术后第 1 天、第 1 周、第 1 个月及第 3 个月追踪两组最佳矫正视力、眼压及角膜内皮细胞计数.结果 染色组术中撕囊切口放射状撕裂、连续环形撕囊(CCC)失败更改截囊方式及 IOL 睫状沟植入发生率均显著低于对照组,P<0.05.术后第 1 天、第 1 周、1 个月及 3 个月,两组BCVA、平均眼压对比,P>0.05;术后第 1 周,染色组角膜内皮细胞丢失数较对照组少,P<0.05;术后 1 个月、3 个月,两组角膜内皮细胞丢失数对比,P>0.05.结论 吲哚菁绿晶状体前囊膜染色可提高Phaco中CCC成功率,是一种安全高效的辅助手段.

Objective:To explore and analyze the application of indocyanine green lens anterior capsule staining in Phacoemulsification(phaco),and to evaluate its efficacy and safety.Methods:From December 2022 to December 202366 patients(80 eyes)with white cataract who underwent Phaco in the Department of Ophthalmology of Jiangy-in People's Hospital were analyzed retrospectively.According to the staining of indocyanine green lens anterior cap-sule during operation,they were divided into control group(40 eyes)and staining group(40 eyes).The capsulorhexis of the two groups was recorded,and the best corrected vision,intraocular pressure and corneal endothelial cell count of the two groups were followed up on the first day、the first week、the first month and the third month after opera-tion.Results:The incidence of radial tearing of capsulorhexis incision,failure of continuous circular capsulorhexis(CCC),and implantation of IOL in ciliary groove in the staining group were significantly lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.On the first day、the first week、the first month and the third month after operation,the BCVA and the average intraocular pressure of the two groups were compared,P>0.05;At the first week after op-eration,the number of corneal endothelial cells lost in the staining group was less than that in the control group,P<0.05.One month and three months after operation,the number of corneal endothelial cells lost in the two groups was compared,P>0.05.Conclusion:Indocyanine green lens anterior capsule staining can improve the success rate of CCC in Phaco,which is a safe and efficient auxiliary means.
