Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of levonorgestrel intrauterine delivery system(LNG-IUS)on endometrial thickness and recurrence after hysteroscopic resection of endometrial polyps(EP).Methods:200 EP pa-tients admitted to Qujing Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Yunnan Province from October 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the research object,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the method of touching the ball,with 100 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with hysteroscopic polypec-tomy.The control group was treated with progesterone tablets and the observation group with LNG-IUS.The therapeutic effect、endometrial thickness、adverse reactions and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results:After 3 months、6 months and 1 year,the endometrial thickness in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.Compared with the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions and disease recurrence rate in the observation group were lower,P<0.05.Conclusion:The application of LNG-IUS after EP resection under hysteroscope is effective,which can effectively control the endometrial thickness of patients and reduce the re-currence rate and the incidence of adverse reactions.关键词
