Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic-assisted and open radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer and its influence on intestinal barrier function.Methods:From March 2022 to March 202450 patients with gastric cancer were randomly divided into control group(given open radical gastrectomy)and observation group(given laparoscopic-assisted radical gastrectomy),with 25 patients in each group.The clinical effects,surgical in-dexes and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the total effective rate in the observation group was higher,P<0.05.The amount of blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the first exhaust time and eating time after operation were shorter than those in the control group,P<0.05.Before treatment,the levels of blood diamine oxidase and blood endotoxin were compared between the two groups,P>0.05;After treatment,the blood diamine oxidase level in the observa-tion group was higher than that in the control group,and the blood endotoxin level was lower than that in the con-trol group,P<0.05.The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Compared with open radical gastrectomy,laparoscopic-assisted radical gastrectomy can improve the overall curative effect,improve the intestinal barrier function,speed up the re-covery of patients and reduce postoperative complications.关键词
