摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical effect of magnetic field therapeutic instrument on ischemic stroke patients.Methods:From October 2022 to October 2023,80 patients with ischemic stroke admitted to the neu-rosurgery department of Zhejiang Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into ob-servation group and control group,40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine drug treatment,and the observation group was treated with magnetic field therapeutic instrument on the basis of the control group.The degree of neurological deficit,ability of daily living and cognitive function were compared between the two groups.Re-sults:After treatment,the NIHSS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the Barthel index and MMSE score were higher than those of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The combination of tradi-tional drug therapy and magnetic field therapeutic apparatus can significantly improve the neurological and cognitive functions of patients with ischemic stroke,and improve their ability of daily living.关键词
