Abstract
Objective:To study and analyze the clinical effect of low-frequency magnetic field therapy on promoting the recovery of neurological function in patients with traumatic brain injury. Methods:From March 2023 to January 2024,90 patients with traumatic brain injury were selected and randomly divided into two groups.45 patients in the control group and 45 patients in the study group. After admission, both groups were given routine treatment, while the patients in the study group were given low-frequency magnetic field treatment for one month. The clinical therapeutic effect、neurological function and serum neurofunctional factors before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results:Compared with the control group, the total effective rate of clinical treat-ment in the study group was higher,P<0.05.Before treatment, the scores of National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NHISS)and Glasgow Coma Scale(GCS)were compared between the two groups,P>0.05;After treatment, the GCS score increased and the NHISS score decreased in both groups, and the changes of the two scores in the study group were more obvious than those in the control group,P<0.05.Before treatment, the serum levels of glial cell-derived neurotrophic factor(GDNF)、brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)and myelin basic protein(MBP)in the two groups were compared,P>0.05;After treatment, the serum GDNF and BDNF lev-els in both groups increased, while the serum MBP level decreased, and the changes of the three indexes in the study group were more obvious than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Low-frequency magnetic field therapy is effective for patients with traumatic brain injury, which can effectively regulate the level of neurological functional factors and promote the recovery of neurological function.关键词
