Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of Buyanghuanwu decoction on the establishment of cerebral collateral circulation and immune function in stroke patients.Methods:The research period is set from January to December 2022,and the research subjects are 68 confirmed cases of stroke admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hu-nan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine during the above period.The control and observation groups are di-vided according to the principle of random envelope,with 34 cases in each group.Symptomatic Western Medicine was used as the control group research plan,and Symptomatic Western Medicine+Buyang Huanwu Decoction was used as the observation group research plan.The establishment of cerebral collateral circulation,immune function,neurological function,cognitive function,swallowing function,coma degree,and traditional Chinese medicine syn-drome score were compared between the two groups.Results:After 7 days and 1 month of treatment,the improve-ment rate of cerebral collateral circulation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.On 15th day of treatment,CD4、CD8 and CD4/CD8 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.After treatment,the scores of unsmooth speech、crooked mouth and tongue and hemiplegia in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.The scores of NIHSS and SSA in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the scores of MMSE and GCS were higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Adding Buyanghuanwu decoction to stroke pa-tients on the basis of routine treatment can effectively improve their cerebral collateral circulation,improve their im-mune function,neurological function,cognitive function and swallowing function,reduce the degree of coma,and obviously improve their TCM syndromes.关键词
