Abstract
Objective:To explore and analyze the application effect of PDCA circulation management in outpatient pharmacy under JCI mode.Methods:From January 2022 to December 2023,30 outpatient pharmacy staff in our hos-pital were selected,and 70 patients were selected as the research object.According to the time,35 patients were in-cluded in the control group from January to December 2022,and routine management was implemented.From Janu-ary to December 2023,the observation group included 35 patients and implemented PDCA circulation management under JCI mode.The management work is carried out by 20 staff members,and the management effect is compared.Results:The management quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.Compared with the control group,the awareness of drugs in the observation group was higher,P<0.05.The satis-faction of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,P<0.05..Conclusion:The ap-plication effect of PDCA circulation management under JCI mode in outpatient pharmacy drug management is satis-factory,which can not only improve the management quality and drug awareness,but also help to improve patient satisfaction.关键词
