Abstract
Pathological diagnosis is considered the"gold standard",and plays a crucial role in hospital clinical work.Therefore,higher and stricter requirements have been put forward for the cultivation of pathologists;Based on the actual situation of our pathology department and the characteristics of trained physicians,introduce some teaching concepts and training plans adopted in the training;Starting from cultivating good work habits and a high sense of responsibility among trainees,it is proposed to use case discussions as the main topic lectures and digital pathologi-cal slice reading to strengthen and consolidate pathological practice content,and to combine multiple teaching meth-ods to improve teaching effectiveness.Finally,it is concluded that the combination of multiple teaching methods and advanced teaching equipment is helpful in improving the comprehensive abilities of pathological training students.关键词
