Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the effect of health education path table based on cloud follow-up platform on periopera-tive patients with esophageal cancer.Methods:From August 2022 to February 2024,94 patients with esophageal cancer were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 47 patients in each group.The observa-tion group used health education path table combined with cloud follow-up platform nursing,while the control group used routine nursing.The mastery of health knowledge,postoperative complications、postoperative recovery time、nursing satis-faction and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of disease knowledge、postoperative precautions、diet management and rehabilitation training in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.The time of getting out of bed、anal exhaust、first meal and hospitalization in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,P<0.05.The observation group scored higher on nursing service atti-tude、health education、communication skills and patient care satisfaction than the control group,P<0.05.After interven-tion,the physical、psychological、social and material life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the con-trol group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The path table of health education based on cloud follow-up platform can not only im-prove the cognitive level of health knowledge,but also reduce postoperative complications,improve patients'quality of life,accelerate patients'postoperative rehabilitation and enhance nursing satisfaction.关键词
