Abstract
Objective:To observe and analyze the application effect of knowledge attitude and practice health education model in patients with acute pancreatitis.Methods:Eighty-two patients with acute pancreatitis admitted to Xiangcheng People's Hospital in Suzhou from June 2020 to June 2022 were randomly divided into study group and ref-erence group,41 cases in each group.The reference group applied routine nursing,and the research group applied the knowledge,attitude and practice health education model on this basis.The degree of disease cognition、nursing satisfac-tion and self-management ability were compared between the two groups.Results:Before nursing,the cognitive scores of the two groups were compared,P>0.05:After nursing,the score of disease cognition in the study group was significantly higher than that in the reference group,P<0.05.The nursing satisfaction of the study group was signifi-cantly higher than that of the reference group,P<0.05.The rate of taking medicine according to the doctor,reasona-ble diet,regular work and rest,strengthening exercise and regular review in the study group was significantly higher than that in the reference group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Applying KAP health education model to patients with acute pancreatitis can increase their knowledge of the disease,improve their self-management ability and nursing satisfac-tion.关键词
