The Impact of Pharmacy Drug Counseling Services on the Rational Drug Use of Patients

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the influence of drug consultation service in pharmacy on patients'rational drug use.Methods:Ninety-two patients admitted to Hong'an County People's Hospital for drug treatment were randomly di-vided into two groups from January to December 2023.The control group(n=46)received routine drug service,while the observation group(n=46)received pharmacy drug consultation service.The rate of irrational drug use、incidence of adverse reactions、drug compliance and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:Af-ter the intervention,the irrational drug use rate and adverse reaction rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The rate of medication compliance and satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Drug counseling services have sig-nificant effects in improving patients'rational drug use rate and drug compliance,effectively avoiding adverse drug reactions according to counseling guidance,and improving satisfaction.关键词
