Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of nursing project combined with empathy nursing mode in in-testinal preparation of elderly patients before colonoscopy.Methods:From December 2021 to December 2023182 elderly patients with colonoscopy who were treated in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine were selected as the research objects.The intestinal cleanliness,psychological score and patient satisfac-tion after treatment were compared and analyzed.Results:The intestinal preparation in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,P<0.05.The scores of SAS、SDS and CPSS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The application effect of nurs-ing project combined with empathy nursing in intestinal preparation of elderly patients before colonoscopy is re-markable,which can improve the cleanliness of patients'intestines,improve their psychological state and enhance their satisfaction.关键词
