Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive moxibustion with fire dragon cupping in nursing care of elderly patients with COPD in acute stage.Methods:From January 2023 to December 202380 elderly patients with acute COPD were selected from the Affiliated Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Guangzhou Medical Uni-versity.According to the order of enrollment,they were divided into observation group(taking fire dragon cupping combined with routine treatment and nursing)and control group(taking routine treatment and nursing),with 40 cases in each group.The therapeutic effect、lung function、dyspnea symptoms and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.After intervention,the FVC and FEV1 levels in the observation group were higher than those in the con-trol group,P<0.05.After intervention,the mMRC and CAT scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Comprehensive moxibustion with fire dragon cupping can improve the therapeutic effect,relieve the symptoms of dyspnea and improve the quality of life of lung function in elderly pa-tients with COPD in acute stage.关键词
