Abstract
Objective:To observe and analyze the nursing effect of comprehensive and systematic nursing on elderly patients with early cancer of digestive tract treated by painless endoscopic submucosal dissection(ESD).Methods:100 patients with early cancer of digestive tract who received painless ESD treatment in Nanjing Tongren Hospital from April 2021 to April 2023 were randomly divided into two groups,the experimental group 50 cases,received comprehensive and systematic nurs-ing.50 cases in the control group,received routine nursing.The negative emotions、pain、self-efficacy、perioperative indica-tors、postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:Before nursing,the scores of SAS,SDS,VAS and GSES in the two groups were compared,P>0.05;After nursing,the scores of SAS、SDS and VAS in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,while the scores of GSES were significantly higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.The operation time,postoperative ambulation time、postoperative exhaust time、postoperative first defecation time、postoperative food recovery time and hospitalization time in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,P<0.05.The incidence of postoperative complications in experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group,P<0.05.The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Comprehensive and systematic nursing for patients with early gastrointestinal cancer receiving painless ESD treatment has significant effects,which can improve patients'negative emotions and self-efficacy,reduce life pain,reduce complications in the treatment process,achieve good rehabilitation effect,and patients'satisfaction with nursing services is relatively high,which is wor-thy of promotion.关键词
