Abstract
Objective:To Objective to explore the application effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medi-cine nursing in ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy for patients with ureteral calculi.Methods:From October 2022 to December 2023,68 patients with ureteral calculi who received holmium laser lithotripsy under ureteroscope in the urology department of Wuxi Second Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into two groups,34 cases in each group.The routine group was given routine nursing,while the experimental group was given integrat-ed traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing.The incidence of complications,hospitalization time and rehabili-tation time were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the routine group,P<0.05.The operation time、intestinal function recovery time and hospitalization time in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the routine group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The application of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing in ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy for patients with ureteral calculi is effective,which can reduce postoperative complications and acceler-ate patients'rehabilitation.关键词
